As soon as an order is created, updated or completed in your ERP, WMS, CRM or other source system, W3 Connect can automatically push the changes into MaxOptra. Likewise, delivery statuses, PODs and tracking updates from MaxOptra can be sent back to your back-office systems without manual intervention.

How It Works

W3 Connect monitors connected systems using APIs, webhooks and scheduled checks.

When a change is detected:

  • The update is validated
  • Business rules are applied
  • Data is transformed if required
  • The change is synchronised to the destination system
